Parent Driver Requirements 

Thank you for your help transporting students. All student passengers must sit in the backseat. Children under 8 are required by law to sit in a booster seat with the exception of children over 4’9”. Please complete the online form with documents at least 3 weeks prior to our field trip. Our end of the year field trip to Pena Adobe will be on Thursday May 28th which means the final deadline to submit ALL requirements for drivers will be on Friday May 8th. The link to the online form will also be sent through Parent Square.

  • This is different from your insurance card. It shows that you met the liability coverage needed to be a driver.

  • “Please note your insurance policy must have a minimum of $100,000 per occurrence/$300,000 aggregate in liability coverage to qualify to transport students.”
